Plants available for sale are categorized based on their pot size.
General Plant Pot Size Guide:
This is an approximation and it may be possible that sizes fluctuate due to the uniqueness of each plant. Our floorists will do our best to provide a plant to you that is within the size you have opted for.
Extremely large plants (Size XL and above will be at least 21cm in pot diameter but may differ based on how bushy or large the actual plant is).
No. All images in our website are representative of the product for sale, but you will not receive the exact plant nor pot pictured. We will do our best to provide a similar plant based on the size purchased.

All plants sold will come in standard plastic grow pots (nursery pots) with drainage holes unless otherwise selected.

All our plants are unique, beautiful, but most importantly, one-of-a-kind. While you will not receive the same plant pictured on our website, you will receive one that is of the same species. All Floora plants are protected by our Happy Plant Guarantee, and you should always expect to receive a plant that looks vibrant, healthy and ready for a life of success.
Never accept a plant that looks unhealthy. Purchasing an unhealthy plant puts you through the unnecessary stress of recovering and resuscitating it.
Some signs of an unhappy plant include:
When placed in a new environment, plants need time to adjust to their new surroundings. This period of time is referred to as acclimation.
When your plant arrives at your door, you should inspect it to ensure that you are satisfied with its condition. Then, place it where you want it to grow, and let it sit in the spot, monitoring it over the next day or two for signs of growth. If your plant is happy, it should reward you soon enough!
Do not water your plant upon receiving it unless you are certain that the plant requires it. Please refer to our individual plant guide to better understand your plant’s growing needs.
A yellow leaf or two may be a sign that your plant is adjusting to its new home. Don’t panic! If you suspect, however, that your plant is unhappy, you are welcome to contact us via our contact form.

No. Your purchase is only confirmed upon receipt of payment, or when your order status is reflected as “processing” with payment confirmation.
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we’re not able to make any further changes to i. We recommend ensuring you’ve got everything you need and review both your cart and shipping details prior to checking out as we cannot be held liable for replacements or refunds for plants that have been delivered to incorrect addresses.

Sometimes we may decide against selling a plant because we are not satisfied with its condition for sale to you. In such a scenario, we will provide you with a refund for your purchase automatically.
All our plants are hand-delivered by our courier partners. Orders above $120 ship for free. For all other orders, a nominal one-way shipping charge of $8 will be applied.
We do have some terms and conditions for delivery, though!
In general, your order will arrive in 1 to 4 working days.
We ship out plants as quickly as we can so they can reach you in the soonest time possible and are presently unable to accommodate selection of delivery dates and specific timings.
We presently do not offer the collection of plants due to COVID-19.
Your plants come packed in paper bags or carton boxes. Smaller, delicate plants will come double-bagged to protect against leaf damage! However, even as we do our best to pack and handle all plants with care, it is possible that they may experience some minor leaf drop or damage during transit to you via our courier partners.

When our courier has arrived at your shipping destination, you should receive a phone call for further delivery instructions. Once at your door, your parcel will be dropped for a contactless delivery.
If you are uncontactable, your order will be placed outside of your delivery address.
We presently accept payment for orders via credit card. Once received, your order will be placed in the queue for delivery to you.
All our plants are hand-selected and inspected by us for you, to meet our Happy Plant Guarantee.
Each plant purchased from Floora is protected by the Happy Plant Guarantee – Which is our mark of quality for every pot that comes and goes through our doors!
All Floora plants have their foliage and roots checked for signs of ill health, inspected as best as we can for pests and disease, then pruned before being labelled and packed. If it isn’t a plant we’d pick for ourselves, it isn’t a plant we want you to receive.
At Floora, we’re committed to bringing you happy, healthy plants. That being said, it is unrealistic to expect that your plant arrives in perfect cosmetic condition.
Under our Happy Plant Guarantee, we inspect, prune and ensure each of our plants is fit to travel to its new home. However, we do not:
If you dislike the sight of imperfect leaves, you are free to prune them upon arrival. However, it is important to approach plant care holistically and to prioritize your plant’s overall health over aesthetic beauty. Over pruning can also lead to a deterioration in your plant’s health.
Given proper care, all plants can prosper and grow to their fullest potential. When we say goodbye to the old, new growth will come in its place. Allow your plant to acclimate, and grow with the flow.
We do not offer refunds on plants sold. We do our best to guarantee that our plants are happy and healthy prior to placing them up for sale and continue to encourage all our customers to inspect their plants once they been delivered.
If we have delivered a plant that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can render assistance through diagnosing any issues, or offering advice.
Our return policy:
Under rare circumstances, we discover plants have deteriorated or failed to acclimate properly in our care, and as a result, do not make the cut for final sale and delivery to you. In such an instance, we will provide credit back to you in the form of Floora points so that you may select an alternate plant on your next order with us. We are sorry to disappoint if this has happened to you, but it is our job to ensure that our plants reach you with the highest chances of success for growth in your homes.
